Below are some commonly asked questions about Park Grove that we’ve tried our best to answer…
Do I have to be a Christian or a Methodist to come?
Nope! Wherever you are on your spiritual journey you are welcome to join us!
Is it ok to bring children?
Of course! All ages are welcome here, and there’s lots of social groups too. Visit our Groups page, and our Youth section to see what there is on offer!
How big is Park Grove?
On average we have about 200 members that regularly attend across both services on a Sunday morning.
I want to get married, can I do it at Park Grove?
Yes, we often hold weddings, and can also cater for funerals and baptisms too. For more information contact the office at office@methodist-churches-northampton.org.uk or phone 01604 720624.
Can rooms at Park Grove be hired out to groups?
Yes, we have lots of external organisations that use our space on a regular basis, including the University of Northampton who often hold exams here. For room bookings please contact the office at booking@parkavenue.org.uk.
Can you tell me about an event on at Abington Parish Church Rooms?
A common mistake made is that the building next door – Abington Parish Church Rooms, is part of Park Grove. It isn’t. The building belongs to St Peter & St Paul’s, the church in the park. However, we do have close connections with the church, so we can often point you in the right direction.
